I had a great stay at this hotel in Leicester. The staff were lovely and really helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, with nice extra touches like the towel animal on my daughter's bed. The location was perfect, not too far from the centre of Leicester and easily accessible by taxi. The breakfast at the nearby pub was delicious and there was a good selection of drinks. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail.
All was fine during my stay at this hotel.

Located close to the University and just a short walk from the town centre, this hotel is conveniently situated for exploring the city. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with fluffy towels and excellent showers. the customer service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the breakfast is delicious and fresh, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Guests have praised the friendly and helpful wait staff, such as Paula Dyson, who made their stay memorable.
One negative aspect was the lack of air conditioning, although fans were provided in the rooms.

Great location near the city center, with plenty of parking spaces. Friendly staff who were always willing to help and made us feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. We loved the comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast served at the nearby restaurant.
